securing extension after extension on our loan deadline (when the seller’s agent created delay
after delay), to getting us great referrals for various inspectors, to persuading the sellers to do
what they needed to do when their agent failed to do so.  And your persuasive ways are
delivered with such charm and sweetness that the one being persuaded doesn’t even realize
that you’re managing the outcome to exactly where you need it to be.
 
What’s more, you had to do all this with one buyer in California and another in Maryland!
 
In the end, my son will be moving into his dream house.  I’ve been able to help my son get
started in life with his first home.  You took a personal interest in him (and his girlfriend), and 
you on an attitude of advising them as would a friend.  We were all in such good, safe hands the
whole way.  The stable base of a first home will be a life-changing event for him, bringing him to
a new level of maturity and responsibility.  We can’t thank you enough!
 
I cannot imagine ever using another real estate agent “team” if we do this again.  Thank you so

Let me tell you about the wonderful experience that I had with using Dorian and Karen and the LA House & Home team as my personal Real Estate Agents. These two individuals have exceeded my expectations on all levels. I have used their phenomenal services for seven completely different Real Estate Transactions.

My first transaction was an investment property. After sitting and discussing with me all of my wants and needs, the following day I received a list of properties which all fit my criteria.  We must have looked at 10 properties and I selected the hardest of all… a bank owned property. Those transactions can take months, however they worked the bank so smoothly and I was in the home in less than one month. They then worked tirelessly to show the property and secure me an amazing tenant.

I then decided to sell my home of 10 years, and purchase another. Dorian and Karen really understood the dymanics of my neighborhood when they listed my property, sending a mass mailer to the neighbors advertising a twilight open house with food and wine in order to showcase my property as an "entertainer's dream home." It was spectacular, the neighbors really loved it and it attacted lots of potential buyers.  When we received multiple offers on the property, this is where their talents and knowledge REALLY paid off  -- my home sold for over asking price and closed in record time! There was no "bullshit realtor crap" along the way which I have experienced with other realtors.

My next transaction was the purchase of my current property that I just LOVE!  Being such a tough and competitive market to purchase in, this one was really difficult, with 5 VERY strong offers on this property.  But with their guidance, they helped me to beat out the competition. They were tough negotiators, and we went back and forth with the seller multiple times to negotiate a very generous credit. They made the process such a smooth and easy transaction. Even though I was in Texas on a business trip, I was able to review and sign all the paperwork from my iPhone... truly one of the most efficient systems I have ever experienced!

Unlike other realtor teams or groups, Karen and Dorian work together at the same time on your transaction.  You get the best of both for the price of one. While Dorian works with the buyers and sellers, Karen is behind the scenes doing all the logistics. I cannot say enough about how happy I have been with their services!
